alternatives in preparing vegetables for a more delicious look and most
especially the taste; because most children nowadays don't want eating
vegetables due to the appearance, bitter taste and it's texture. A more
inviting way is making experimental and alternatives to hide the
vegetables content to the children. Or at the very beginning paren t
must have the children used in eating vegetables. Proteins from meats
are important too but vegetables are more of nutrient benefits so
vegetables must have greater proportion than meat.
