My Reflection
Silence came up.. my eyes kept close, as past reminding from the mind.. My 11th year of struggling to win the highest possible education I could get. It's like repeating what you learned every year, but it's not. It's leveling, the climax is nearing. It's getting harder and tougher as I'm ending high school.

Activities like.. Meeting new classmates and friends, new teachers, new room, new clothing and things, new lessons.. everything new.. but there were also oldies.. Chatting and eating together with old friends, saying hello to previous teachers, laughing the old noted reading those naughty lines we had, still enjoying those memories.

It feels like yesterday.. Just the first day of being a fourth year high school student. But first periodical test have past.. Days have gone so fast. I remember everyday I should do all my homeworks, sleeping late at night to review my lessons, waking up early in the morning, cramming up my projects and review for unit test and periodical test. I also remember I skip lunch and break time just to finish those requirements, forgot to do at home. Pushing to read the lessons  cause my eyes get tired and bored reading do it get to sleep. Those memories are so nice.. Student life.. So Enchanting :)

Stop Hunger! Stop Malnutrition!

                                    Stop Hunger! Stop Malnutrition!

Most of the people nowadays, are punches some obstacles that come through our way. Some of this obstacles are hunger and malnutrition. Insufficient nutrition affect the student in school activities and his/her performance.

Everyone should find a way to prevent these health problems. If you're house's like in a Bahay Kubo, you're living like a king or queen; not rich by power nor gold, but you're wealthy of health. Health is what we need to sustain our life everyday, health is important for the body's daily task. There are many benefits one can acquire from eating vegetables are of various kind and a various content.

Eating fruits and vegetables is the most effective weapon to fight malnutrition. Malnourished chidren are  vulnerable to all kinds of diseases. Fruits and Vegetables contain nutrients like vitamins, calcium, iron, phosphorous, iodine and zinc. These nutrients help us become active.

There are already alternatives in preparing vegetables for a more delicious look  and most especially the taste; because most children nowadays don't want eating vegetables due to the appearance, bitter taste and it's texture. A more inviting way is making experimental and alternatives to hide the vegetables content to the children. Or at the very beginning paren t must have the children used in eating vegetables. Proteins from meats are important too but vegetables are more of nutrient benefits so vegetables must have greater proportion than meat.
